CAMPING INTINERARY

WALKING MINDFULLY, ONE STEP AT A TIME

DAY 1

After convening at a parking area in the vicinity of our campground, we will orient everyone to the site & their set up tent/gear. We will pack our lunch/snacks and kick off our adventure with a 7-8 mile hike starting right from our campsite. The trail is mostly flat, with 436 feet of elevation gain, and takes about 3-4 hours to complete.

DAY 2

After breakfast, we’ll carpool to Waterville Valley for a scenic loop hike. Covering 10-13 miles, this route features 1,500 feet of mixed inclines and will be tailored to seasonal conditions, offering plenty of opportunities to soak in the stunning views. We return to our campsite and can refresh near the river, dinner (if conditions are right we will have camp bread or personal pizzas made over the fire!), and relax.

DAY 3

Start the day with a relaxed breakfast, a short walking meditation, and an optional swim. We’ll wrap up our time together with a brief self-massage and stretching routine before heading home, leaving you feeling more mindful, present, and confident in your outdoor abilities.
